FAQ

Quick answers to common questions

How much does a session cost?

The price depends on the session type (in person or online) and the case. Message us on WhatsApp for an exact price.

Where is the center located?

The center is in Bouskoura, near Casablanca, close to Al Izdihar Mosque. You can find the map on the Contact page.

How do I book an appointment?

Tap the WhatsApp button and send your name, the service you need and a time that suits you — we will confirm quickly.

Do you offer online ruqya for people outside Morocco?

Yes — sessions by WhatsApp video call for the Gulf, Europe and worldwide, with a treatment programme and follow-up.

What are your opening hours?

We are open daily from 8 am to 10 pm; booking ahead via WhatsApp is recommended.

Does the center receive women?

Yes, following Islamic guidelines, with a mahram or companion present, and full respect for privacy.

How do I know if I am affected by sihr?

One symptom is not enough to conclude. Start with a medical check-up, then contact us for a gradual assessment through ruqya. Read our article in the Education section.

Is hijama safe?

We use sterile single-use tools and ask about your health before the session. Some conditions require a doctor's advice first.

Which languages are sessions in?

Arabic and Moroccan Darija, with communication possible in French, English, Spanish and Dutch.

Should I stop my medication during ruqya?

No, never. Ruqya complements medical treatment — keep following your doctor's advice.

Do you help with anxiety and waswas?

Yes, we offer psychological and spiritual support (ruqya and faith-based guidance) for anxiety, waswas and insomnia, alongside — not instead of — a psychiatrist.

Do you treat tawkal (ingested sihr)?

Yes — with ruqya, recited water and sidr, and follow-up, after medical checks.

What is "tabi'a" and can it be treated?

It means blockages in marriage or work. The cause may be the evil eye, envy, sihr or ordinary reasons; we assess and treat with ruqya and protection.

Do you perform ruqya for children?

Yes, gently and with parents present, after seeing a paediatrician if there are health symptoms.

How can I be sure the raqi is trustworthy?

We follow a trust charter: clear recitation, no touching and no being alone, a mahram or companion present, no violence, nothing against Sharia, and continued medical care.
