Sihr (black magic) is a reality mentioned in the Quran. Its lawful treatment is through ruqya, remembrance and reliance on Allah — never through sorcerers. At Al Karam Center we follow a gradual programme tailored to each case.
Treatment stages
- Assessment of symptoms and checking necessary medical examinations.

- A daily home programme: adhkar, recited water and sidr (lote leaves).
- Follow-up and protection after improvement, in sha Allah.
